Small group coaching is appropriate for any organization looking to improve leadership. However group coaching can be especially beneficial for organizations or teams in transition as well as disparate groups brought together to work on a common project.
Our small group programs are generally 6 month engagements that begin with a half day in-person workshop, followed by regular video or phone calls as determined by the client.

Group coaching programs may include:
- Initial In-person half-day Leadership workshop for the entire team
- 60 minute one-on-one introductory call with each participant to discuss goals and concerns
- Confidential Personal styles indicator (CRG) to help the participants understand and develop personal awareness of their own behaviour and how it’s perceived by others
- Weekly calls and accountability assignments based on actual projects to implement and develop new patterns and habits based on coaching
