Executive coaching is available to individuals or through a contract to an organization. Funding for executive coaching is commonly accessed through the education or leadership and personal development budget.
Our Executive Coaching Program is generally a 6 month engagement that begins with a face-to-face meeting, followed by regular video or phone calls and observations as determined by the client.

- Initial In-Person meeting
- 360 feedback assessment that includes key leaders, peers and direct reports

- Weekly calls and accountability assignments based on actual work projects to implement and develop new patterns and habits based on coaching
